Terms of Service

1. Who can use PeakMCList

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you should have a parent or guardian's permission to use the site. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for anything that happens under your account.

2. Submitting a server

Anyone with an account can submit a Minecraft server for listing. By submitting a server, you confirm that:

• The server is free to join and play. You may accept voluntary donations, but requiring payment to join, play, or access core gameplay is not allowed.
• The information you provide (IP address, description, banner image, links) is accurate and belongs to you or that you have permission to list it.
• The server does not contain illegal content, malware, or anything that violates our Community Guidelines.

We may remove any listing, review, vote, or account at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms or our Guidelines, without prior notice.

3. Voting and reviews

Votes and reviews are meant to reflect genuine player opinions. Manipulating votes (for example, using scripts, multiple accounts, or paying for votes) or posting fake reviews is prohibited and may result in the affected server being delisted and the associated account being suspended.

4. Sponsored Slots

PeakMCList offers a small number of paid, numbered "Sponsored Slots" that place a server above the regular listings. Payments are processed by Stripe. Depending on the option you choose at checkout:

• One-time payment reserves the slot for 30 days. Once the period ends, the slot becomes available again and is not automatically renewed or refunded for partial use.
• Subscription renews automatically every 30 days until you cancel. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period - you keep the slot until it ends.

Sponsored Slot purchases are for a digital placement service that is delivered immediately upon payment, so they are non-refundable except where required by law. If a server tied to an active Sponsored Slot is removed for violating these Terms, the associated purchase is forfeited without refund.

5. Accounts and termination

You may stop using PeakMCList and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you've violated these Terms, our Guidelines, or applicable law.

6. No affiliation with Mojang or Microsoft

PeakMCList is an independent, fan-operated directory. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang Studios or Microsoft. "Minecraft" is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB.

7. Third-party servers and links

PeakMCList is a directory - we don't operate, host, or control the Minecraft servers listed on the site, and we can't guarantee their uptime, safety, or content. Joining a listed server is at your own risk, and your interactions with it are governed by that server's own rules, not ours.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

PeakMCList is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any server listed on it.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use PeakMCList after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
