Last updated: July 5, 2026
PeakMCList respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the site to do the same. Server listings on PeakMCList - including names, descriptions, and banner images - are submitted by their owners, and we respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement in line with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
1. Filing a takedown notice
If you believe content on PeakMCList infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent at contact@peakmclist.com that includes:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or someone authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail (for example, a direct link to the server listing) that we can locate it.
- Your contact information - name, address, phone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
2. What happens next
Once we receive a valid notice, we'll remove or disable access to the reported content and make a reasonable effort to notify the user who submitted it.
3. Counter-notice
If you submitted a listing that was removed and believe it was taken down in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to contact@peakmclist.com that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant federal court and will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.
Depending on the response, we may reinstate the content unless the original complainant informs us they've filed a court action.
4. Repeat infringers
Accounts found to be repeat infringers of others' copyrights will have their listings removed and their access to PeakMCList terminated.
